I’m hiring Forward Deployed Engineers for a fast-growing, publicly listed AI company in Japan.
The role sits directly between software engineering, AI, and real business problems.

You’ll work closely with enterprise clients to:
  • Identify problems where AI can actually create value
  • Design and build AI / LLM solutions from 0 → 1
  • Develop prototypes quickly and bring them into production
  • Build with LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Python, AWS / GCP and modern data platforms
  • Own projects from problem discovery through implementation and continuous improvement
