Key Responsibilities:

  • - Coordinate with culinary team for menu quality

  • - Ability to handle guest feedback and resolve issues
  • - Familiarity with event planning and promotions
  • F&Bマネジメントでの5年以上の経験
  • リゾートホテルにおけるF&B運営の経験
  • HACCPと食品安全基準の知識
  • 強力なリーダーシップとチームマネジメントスキル
  • F&Bにおける予算とコスト管理の経験
