An internationally recognized luxury hospitality company is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to oversee dining operations at its high-end property in Kyoto. This role offers the opportunity to lead premium food and beverage services within an intimate hospitality environment focused on exceptional guest experiences and personalized service.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily food and beverage operations across in-house dining services
Lead and develop the F&B team to maintain high service standards
Support initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and overall dining experience
Coordinate dining concepts and seasonal service offerings
Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Monitor operational performance and support continuous improvement initiatives
Handle guest feedback and maintain service quality standards
Support planning and execution of hospitality and cultural experience programs
Qualifications
Experience in food and beverage management within luxury hotels or upscale hospitality environments
Business-level Japanese and English communication skills
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Experience managing premium guest service operations
Knowledge of Japanese dining and hospitality culture
Ability to work effectively in a hands-on and collaborative environment
Experience in luxury or internationally recognized hospitality brands is preferred
Familiarity with fine dining operations is preferred
