Financial Controller, FMCG ファイナンシャルコントローラー, FMCG - Hybrid (13-16m JPY)

• - Lead accounting, audit, tax, treasury, and budgeting functions
• - Coordinate financial statement closing and audit activities
• - Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with USGAAP and SOX
• - Supervise general ledger and accounts payable groups
• - Serve as liaison to regional and NY offices for financial matters
• - Assist in annual budgeting and planning process
• - Manage performance of invested assets and capital expenditure
• - Implement ERP system for financial operations

• - 10+ years in accounting or finance experience
• - Knowledge of Japan/US GAAP & reporting requirements
• - Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English
• - Experience leading a team of professionals 
• - Proficiency in SAP or other ERP system is preferred but not mandatory
• - CPA or CIA certification is preferred but not mandatory
• - Experience in FMCG industry is preferred but not mandatory
