• - Oversee accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting processes
• - Provide strategic financial insights based on market and customer trends
• - Manage communication with headquarters finance department
• - Support decision-making with Managing Director and business leaders
• - Manage and develop finance and business support teams
• - Monitor cash flow, inventory, and financial risks
• - Coordinate annual audits and liaise with external stakeholders
• - Analyze business performance for financial strategy development
• - Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies

• - 10+ years of finance experience
• - Native-level Japanese proficiency
• - Business-level English proficiency
• - Experience with ERP systems
• - Experience managing HR, labor, finance, and general affairs in 50+ employee company
• - Nissho Bookkeeping Level 2 or higher
• - Experience with Microsoft Business Central is preferred but not mandatory
