• - Design comprehensive financial models for planning

• - Conduct product-level and customer-level margin analysis
• - Build financial models for strategic deals
• - Foster financial acumen across the organization
• - Translate market trends into financial impact analyses
• - Collaborate on cross-functional financial initiatives

• - 5年以上のファイナンスまたはビジネスアナリスト経験
• - 日本語ネイティブレベル、英語ビジネスレベル
• - 財務および会計の深い知識（例：IFRS、日商簿記2級）
• - データ分析および可視化ツールの使用経験（例：Tableau、Excel）
• - 経営陣とのステークホルダーマネジメント経験
• - SAP COPAなどのERPシステム経験があれば尚可
• - 医療業界の知識があれば尚可

• - 5+ years in Finance or Business Analyst roles
• - Native-level Japanese, Business-level English
• - Solid finance and accounting knowledge (e.g., IFRS, Nissho Boki Level 2)
• - Experience with data analysis & visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel)
• - Experience in stakeholder management with executives, leaders
• - Experience with ERP systems like SAP COPA is preferred but not mandatory
• - Healthcare industry knowledge is preferred but not mandatory
