Our client, a company in the FMCG industry, is seeking a Finance Business Partner with a focus on Sales Strategy.

This hybrid role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with the Head of Sales, Strategy Planning & Digital Experience, and Customer Service to drive financial health and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze financial data to support sales strategy

- Prepare financial forecasts and reports for strategic planning

- Investigate variances between actual results and forecasts

- Partner with sales to optimize distributor bonus incentives

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies

- Collaborate with shared services for accurate financial reporting

- Support development of financial reporting systems

- 財務データを分析し、販売戦略をサポート

- 戦略的計画のための財務予測および報告の作成

- 実績と予測の差異を調査

- 営業チームとの連携で、ディストリビューターボーナスインセンティブを最適化

- 財務規制およびポリシーへの準拠を確保

- 共有サービスと協力して正確な財務報告を実現

- 財務報告システムの開発サポート

Qualifications:

- Fluent in Japanese

- 7+ years experience in finance or business

- Experience with TM1, Cognos, or Access

- Understanding of GAAP and financial principles

- Ability to create pivot tables and use v-lookup in Excel

- Experience in FMCG industry is preferred but not mandatory

- Experience with financial reporting systems development

- Experience in strategic financial planning and analysis

- 日本語が流暢であること

- 7年以上の財務またはビジネスの経験

- TM1、Cognos、またはAccessの使用経験

- GAAPおよび財務原則の理解

- Excelでのピボットテーブル作成およびVLOOKUPの使用能力
