• Prepare financial statements (BS/PL/CF)
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Coordinate IPO preparation with auditors and securities firms
• Design and operate internal controls (J-SOX)
• Develop and manage finance team
• Conduct budgeting and financial forecasting
• Improve accounting policies and processes
• Coordinate tax-related matters with external advisors

• 5+ years of finance/accounting experience in Japan
• Strong knowledge of Japanese accounting standards and tax regulations
• Professional-level Japanese and English
• Experience with IPO preparation or publicly listed companies
• CPA / USCPA or equivalent certifications is preferred but not mandatory
• Experience in startup or high-growth company is preferred but not mandatory
• Management accounting or corporate planning experience is preferred but not mandatory

• 日本国内での財務・会計分野における5年以上の経験
• 日本の会計基準および税法に関する深い知識
• ビジネスレベルの日本語および英語能力
• IPO準備または上場企業での経験
• CPA/USCPAまたは同等の資格があれば尚可
• スタートアップや急成長企業での経験があれば尚可
• 管理会計や企業企画の経験があれば尚可
