• Lead and develop regional service teams
• Manage battery storage and charging infrastructure services
• Ensure compliance with EHS standards
• Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot equipment issues
• Collaborate with asset management to meet performance guarantees
• Optimize CRM, data analytics, and ERP systems
• Interface with clients and stakeholders for asset assessments

• 5+ years in service, project, engineering, or asset management
• Degree in engineering or equivalent trade qualification
• Experience in power generation or renewables is preferred but not mandatory
• Background in medium- and high-voltage environments
• Native-level Japanese with strong business-level English
• Willingness to travel 25%-50% for site visits
• Experience with CRM, Power BI, and SAP is preferred but not mandatory

• ネイティブレベルの日本語とビジネスレベルの英語
• 現地訪問のための25%-50%の出張に対応可能な方
• CRM、Power BI、SAPの経験があれば尚可
