This hybrid role offers the unique opportunity to manage both Front Office and F&B operations within the exclusive lounge, providing personalized and anticipatory service to elite guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage executive club lounge operations

- Coordinate with Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, and Concierge

- Provide personalized check-in and check-out for Club Lounge guests

- Deliver anticipatory guest services

- Oversee food and beverage presentation in the lounge

- Ensure adherence to luxury brand standards

Qualifications:

- 1+ years of experience in luxury hotel management

- Experience in both Front Office and F&B operations

- Strong guest service skills

- Fluency in Japanese and English

- Experience with luxury brand standards

- Ability to coordinate across multiple departments
