Key Responsibilities:
  • - Order and receive office furniture and machines
  • - Communicate with stakeholders as CEO's representative
  • - Support Japanese communication in meetings
  • - Manage office operations and logistics
  • - Obtain official documents from city office and bank
  • - File receipts and liaise with accounting company
  • - Coordinate CEO's schedule and travel arrangements
  • - Handle emergency tasks outside regular hours
  • - オフィス家具や機器の発注・受け取り
  • - CEOの代表としてステークホルダーとのコミュニケーションを担当
  • - 会議での日本語コミュニケーションをサポート
  • - オフィスの運営・物流管理
  • - 市役所や銀行からの公的書類の取得
  • - 領収書の整理と会計会社との連携
  • - CEOのスケジュールと出張手配の調整
  • - 緊急時には通常の勤務時間外での対応

Qualifications:
  • - Native Japanese and fluent English
  • - Proven experience assisting a leader in professional and personal contexts
  • - Experience in hospitality industry or similar is preferred but not mandatory
  • - Familiarity with Japanese business culture and etiquette
  • - Ability to handle operational tasks like ordering and receiving items
  • - Experience with hybrid work environments is preferred but not mandatory
  • - 日本語を母国語とし、英語が流暢であること
  • - プロフェッショナルおよびプライベートな文脈でリーダーのサポート経験があること
  • - ホスピタリティ業界または類似の業界での経験があると望ましいが必須ではありません
