Our client, a FinTech company, is expanding its Sustainability Solutions team in Japan and is seeking an ESG / Sustainability Research Analyst. This role offers the opportunity to develop market-leading climate research and contribute to ESG product development, engaging with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop climate research for data and index solutions
- Analyze climate-related frameworks and regulations
- Contribute to ESG product development
- Engage with stakeholders in a market-facing role
- Write research reports on ESG topics
気候に関するデータおよびインデックスソリューションの研究開発
気候関連の枠組みや規制の分析
ESGプロダクトの開発に貢献
市場を意識したステークホルダーとの連携
ESGトピックに関するリサーチレポートの執筆
Qualifications:
- Experience in ESG or climate research
- Strong knowledge of TCFD, TNFD, GHG frameworks
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English
- Experience with data and index-driven product development
- Background in finance or sustainability (CFA, ESG certification) is preferred but not mandatory

日本語ネイティブレベル、英語ビジネスレベル
データおよびインデックス駆動のプロダクト開発経験
