Key Responsibilities:

  • Report to global ER director

Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in employee relations
  • Experience in tech industry employee relations
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
