Engineering Manager | Lead Production Machine Learning in a Global Product Team

• Lead an ML organization of around 10+ members across multiple teams
• Own strategy, planning, execution, hiring, evaluation, and team development
• Drive ML work from data processing and model development through production value creation
• Partner with product, platform, application, and infrastructure teams
• Help scale product impact through machine learning in a global development environment

• Experience developing ML models as an engineer and shipping them into production
• Experience leading outcomes as a manager in an organization that includes ML engineers
• Strong people management skills across hiring, coaching, and performance management
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-changing, high-ambiguity environment
• Fluent business-level Japanese
