As an Engineering Manager in the AI for Applications team, you will lead the development of AI-driven features and applications that maximize the value of data within the platform. You will play a key role in shaping product strategy, building and scaling a high-performing team, and driving execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Requirements:
- Engineering management experience in high-growth or scaling organizations
- Strong knowledge of backend development using modern languages (e.g., TypeScript/Node.js, Python, Rust, or similar)
- Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals (e.g., supervised/unsupervised learning, model evaluation, feature engineering, training pipelines)
- Strong communication skills in Japanese (business level or higher; able to handle meetings and written communication)
