Key Responsibilities:
Develop event sales strategy for banquets and weddings
Analyze market trends and competitor activity
Cultivate relationships with corporate clients and wedding planners
Lead and inspire Event Sales and Wedding Sales teams
Oversee development of wedding packages and promotions
Monitor budgets and profitability for event segments
Collaborate with Culinary team on menu development
Ensure compliance with contract standards and legal requirements
Manage guest feedback and implement improvements
Qualifications:
Degree in Business or Hospitality Management
5+ years experience in luxury hotel or hospitality
Exceptional command of English; proficiency in Japanese is preferred but not mandatory
Proven ability to develop sales and marketing strategies
Experience with luxury event sales and management
Strong relationships with corporate clients and wedding planners
