Key Responsibilities:
- Develop event sales strategy for banquets and weddings
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity
- Cultivate relationships with corporate clients and wedding planners
- Lead and inspire Event Sales and Wedding Sales teams
- Oversee development of wedding packages and promotions
- Monitor budgets and profitability for event segments
- Collaborate with Culinary team on menu development
- Ensure compliance with contract standards and legal requirements
- Manage guest feedback and implement improvements
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business or Hospitality Management
- 5+ years experience in luxury hotel or hospitality
- Exceptional command of English; proficiency in Japanese is preferred but not mandatory
- Proven ability to develop sales and marketing strategies
- Experience with luxury event sales and management
- Strong relationships with corporate clients and wedding planners
- Familiarity with Tokyo's luxury events market
