• Drive hotel performance and profitability with leadership committee
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Oversee financial statements preparation per USALI and GAAP
• Monitor performance to maximize revenue and control costs
• Lead internal and external audits for compliance
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and liquidity
• Lead and develop the Finance team
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
• Provide financial guidance across departments

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• 8–12+ years of progressive finance experience with leadership exposure
• Mandatory hospitality industry experience
• Strong knowledge of USALI (12th Edition), reporting, and compliance
• Professional certification (CPA, CA, CMA) is preferred but not mandatory
• Experience with financial systems like Oracle or SAP is preferred but not mandatory
