Our client, a rapidly growing company in Japan's tourism and experience industry, is seeking a Director of Business Development to lead new business ventures for international visitors. This role offers the unique opportunity to create and expand new tourism experiences from the ground up, working directly with company leadership. The position offers a competitive salary of ¥600,000–¥1,000,000 per month, along with benefits such as social insurance, transportation expenses, and housing support.


Key Responsibilities:


- Lead new tourism business launches and expansions
- Develop business models and go-to-market strategies
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Build and manage cross-functional teams
- Establish operational frameworks for new ventures
- Own business unit KPIs and financial performance
- Recruit, train, and develop team members
- Work directly with senior leadership on strategic initiatives
- Negotiate with external partners for business collaborations
- Design revenue models for new tourism experiences


Qualifications:


- Fluent Japanese and professional-level English
- Experience in business development and project management
- Experience in tourism, hospitality, or experience-based businesses is preferred but not mandatory
- Startup experience is preferred but not mandatory
- P&L management experience is preferred but not mandatory
- 5+ years of experience in business development or related fields
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Experience with strategic planning and execution

-新しい観光体験の収益モデルの設計


応募資格:


-日本語が流暢で、ビジネスレベルの英語力
-ビジネス開発やプロジェクト管理の経験
-観光、ホスピタリティ、体験型ビジネスでの経験があれば尚可
-スタートアップでの経験があれば尚可
-P&L管理の経験があれば尚可
-5年以上のビジネス開発または関連分野での経験
-強力なリーダーシップとチームマネジメント能力
-市場調査と競合分析を行う能力
-戦略的プランニングと実行経験
