• - 10+ years in online business, luxury retail preferred
• - 5+ years managerial experience, including call center management
• - Expertise in Japanese market and digital landscape
• - Fluent in English and Japanese (mandatory), French is a plus
• - Knowledge of SEM, SEO, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud
• - Experience with omnichannel retail strategies
• - Strong project management and planning skills
• - Experience in multinational companies
