- Analyze website performance and optimize strategies
- Oversee customer service excellence across all contact methods
- Prevent fraud and manage customer data securely
- 10+ years in online business, luxury retail preferred
- 5+ years managerial experience, including call center management
- Expertise in Japanese market and digital landscape
- Fluent in English and Japanese (mandatory), French is a plus
- Knowledge of SEM, SEO, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud
- Experience with omnichannel retail strategies
- Strong project management and planning skills
- Experience in multinational companies
