As a Technology Executive, you will be responsible for defining the company's technology strategy, scaling the engineering organization, and driving product development. Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience
- Experience leading engineering organizations of 30+ people
- Proven track record of defining and executing technology strategy
- Experience working with executive stakeholders and enterprise clients
- Strong leadership in hiring, organizational design, and performance management
- Business-level communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Executive leadership opportunity with direct influence on company strategy
