Country Sales Manager |カントリーセールスマネージャー・営業リーダーシップ


Our client, a leading company in the semiconductor sector, is seeking a Country Sales Manager for their Japan operations. This role offers the opportunity to lead sales teams and develop strategies for business growth across Japan, with extensive travel required both domestically and occasionally to other parts of Asia and Switzerland.


仕事内容:
  • セミコンダクター、ディスプレイ、アドバンスドビジネスユニットの営業チームをリードする
  • 戦略的な成長プランを策定し実行する
  • グローバルな営業戦略を実行するために、クロスファンクショナルチームを調整する
  • 年間および四半期ごとの営業予測を作成し、発表する
  • チームの直接管理を行い、レビューや目標設定を実施する
  • Cレベルのエグゼクティブと交渉し、営業契約を締結する
  • 顧客とのミーティングや営業活動のために、日本国内を広範囲にわたって出張する
  • MS DynamicsなどのCRMツールを活用し、営業活動を追跡する

応募資格:
  • 4年制大学の技術系学位（必須）
  • セミコンダクターおよび/またはフラットパネルディスプレイ部品の経験
  • Cレベルでの交渉スキルを有する
  • 真空技術やシステムアーキテクチャの知識
  • 上場企業のグローバルアカウント管理経験があれば尚可
  • 日本語と英語の流暢なコミュニケーション能力（必須）
  • MS DynamicsなどのCRMツールの使用経験
  • 日本国内およびアジア、スイスへの出張に積極的に対応できる方
  • 戦略的営業計画の経験
