Our client, a leading AI agent company in Tokyo specializing in generative AI and customer support, is hiring for a Corporate Planning (FP&A) role to support their rapid growth. This role offers the unique opportunity to engage deeply in financial management, business development, and strategic planning, including direct involvement in M&A and KPI design. 主な責任:
- KPI監視および予算管理システムの設計と運用
- 事業計画および意思決定のための定量分析の実施
- 投資家向けピッチデッキおよび取締役会資料の作成
- デューデリジェンスおよび契約締結を含む資金調達プロセスの管理
- 取引の発掘から実行、統合後の統合までのM&A活動の支援
- 非連続的成長を促進する新規事業計画の主導
- 会社の業績を予測するための財務モデルの開発
- 新規事業機会を特定するための市場動向の分析
- 戦略的イニシアチブを実行するための関係者との協働
- 予算管理ソフトウェアを使用した財務報告書の作成および維持
- 財務に関する洞察を経営幹部および取締役に伝達
要件:
- 企業計画、FP&A、または投資銀行業務での3年以上の経験
- 財務モデリングおよび定量分析に熟練していること
- KPI監視システムの設計および運用経験
- デューデリジェンスおよび取引実行を含むM&Aプロセスの経験
- 投資家向けピッチデッキおよび取締役会資料の作成経験
- ビジネスレベルの英語力
- Excel、SQL、またはBIツールを用いた高度なデータ分析スキル
- 予算編成および財務報告ソフトウェアの使用経験
- 変化の速い環境で自律的に働く能力
- 戦略的事業開発および市場調査の経験
