Contract Manager, APAC 契約マネージャー APAC - Energy Tech (High Salary, WFH, Japan-based)

Our client, a global technology leader in the energy sector, is seeking a Contract Manager for their APAC region. This role offers the opportunity to work on large and complex projects, ensuring compliance and optimizing contract management strategies. Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with contract management methodologies
  • Review and comment on tender terms and conditions
  • Identify contract baseline and potential risks
  • Defend contractual interests during project lifecycle
  • Analyze contract terms for opportunities and risks
  • Manage contracts for large and complex projects

Qualifications:
  • Must live in Japan
  • Must be fluent in Japanese and Business English
  • BA in law
  • 4-6 years of contracts management experience
  • Experience in energy, engineering, or manufacturing sectors is preferred but not mandatory
  • Familiarity with contract and claim management methodologies
  • Ability to assess contract risks and opportunities

  • 契約およびクレーム管理手法に精通していること
  • 契約のリスクと機会を評価する能力
