Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a large Inside Sales organisation (250+ team members)
Coach and develop a leadership team of 10 direct reports
Drive execution of regional and global sales strategy in Japan
Own pipeline generation and revenue performance
Track and improve key performance metrics across the organisation
Collaborate with global leadership and provide regular updates
Requirements
Strong background in technology inside sales leadership
Experience managing large-scale sales organisations (direct report more than 4 people is preferred)
Experience in Inside Sales leadership roles
Ability to work in global, matrixed organisations
Native or close to native level Japanese and fluent English
Nice to Have
SaaS / IT / BPO/ enterprise software experience
Experience leading global or multi-regional teams
