Our client, a luxury hotel in Yokohama, is seeking a Club Lounge Manager to deliver elevated, personalized services to guests, serving as a key ambassador of the hotel’s luxury experience. This role offers the opportunity to engage with guests through concierge services, food and beverage offerings, and proactive guest interaction, ideal for those who value attention to detail and seamless collaboration in a luxury setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Club Lounge operations and guest services
- Provide personalized check-in and check-out services
- Coordinate concierge services and special guest requests
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in Club Lounge
- Engage with guests to enhance their lounge experience
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and hygiene regulations
- Collaborate with Front Office and operational teams
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills in English and Japanese (business level)
- Experience using Opera PMS or similar hotel systems is an advantage
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in luxury hotel front office or customer service
- Knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and guest service etiquette
- Experience with food and beverage service in a hospitality setting
