• Lead finance and management control functions
• Oversee annual budgeting and budget-versus-actual management
• Conduct financial analysis to identify improvement opportunities
• Prepare and deliver reports for Board and shareholders
• Design and manage key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Partner with senior management on financial strategy development
• Lead and develop the finance team
• Drive profitability improvement initiatives
• Support M&A activities and business restructuring

• Experience in finance, corporate planning, or accounting within an operating company
• Proven experience leading budgeting, budget control, and financial analysis processes
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
• Experience supporting executive-level decision-making with senior leadership
• Team management experience, including evaluation, coaching, and goal setting
• Experience in a PE-backed company or similar environment is preferred but not mandatory
• Experience with M&A, especially PMI or business restructuring is preferred but not mandatory
• Experience establishing internal controls and governance frameworks is preferred but not mandatory
