• Oversee accounting activities for a securities business
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
• Support regulatory and financial reporting requirements
• Monitor key financial and accounting controls
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to support business growth
• Review accounting processes and identify operational improvements

• 証券事業における経理業務の管理
• 月次・四半期・年次決算対応
• 財務・規制関連レポート作成のサポート
• 経理プロセスおよび内部管理体制の運営
• 社内関係者との連携による事業サポート
• 業務改善および効率化の推進

• 3–4+ years of accounting experience within a securities firm or brokerage business
• Hands-on accounting experience in the financial services sector
• Business-level Japanese language skills
• English skills are welcomed but not essential
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with financial reporting or regulatory reporting is advantageous

• 証券会社またはブローカレッジ事業における経理経験3〜4年以上
• 金融業界での実務的な経理経験
• 日本語ビジネスレベル以上
• 英語力があれば尚可
• 自律的に業務を推進できる方
• 財務報告または規制対応の経験があれば尚可
