Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily bar operations for quality service

- Lead and develop bar team for outstanding performance

- Manage beverage program and ensure product knowledge

- Monitor sales and implement revenue strategies

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

- Design and execute seasonal beverage promotions

- Resolve guest service issues promptly

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as Bar Manager in luxury hotel or upscale restaurant

- Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and luxury beverage service

- Demonstrated experience in team leadership and training

- Strong understanding of cost control and inventory management

- Excellent guest engagement and interpersonal communication skills

- Experience with POS systems and inventory management software

- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in hospitality
