I’m supporting one of Japan’s fastest-growing enterprise AI companies, backed by an established 800+ person technology group with operations across Japan and overseas.
Their goal is ambitious: build an “enterprise brain” that connects to company data and SaaS, understands business workflows, and can actually execute work end-to-end.

You’ll work on production AI systems involving:
  • AI Agents and complex workflows
  • Agent Runtime / SDK / Orchestration / Memory
  • Model routing and tool calling
  • RAG, Evals, Guardrails and Observability
  • Human-in-the-loop and safe AI deployment
  • APIs, data pipelines and production backend systems

There are two possible tracks:
Forward Deployed Engineering
Work directly with enterprise customers, understand their workflows, and take AI solutions from problem definition to production.

Core Product Engineering
Build the shared infrastructure that allows AI Agents to run safely and reliably across many enterprise customers.
