• - Manage customer invoices and email addresses in O2C area
• - Perform accounting entries in R2R area
• - Conduct Concur checks and provide user training
• - Create monthly discount reports for customers
• - Support invoice handling and training for new users

• - Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems
• - Business-level Japanese communication skills
• - Basic accounting knowledge
• - Experience in creating finance process documentation
• - Experience with Ariba for P2P processes
• - Basic Excel skills
• - Experience with Concur for expense management
