Assistant Restaurant Manager, Luxury Hotel アシスタントレストランマネージャー



Our client, a luxury hotel in Kyoto renowned for its high-end hospitality services, is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the daily operations of one of its prestigious dining outlets. This role offers the opportunity to step into a leadership position within a luxury hotel environment, ensuring smooth service and high guest satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


- Supervise service team for smooth, professional service
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Coordinate with kitchen and hotel departments for seamless operations
- Assist with staff training and daily briefings
- Support reservations, table management, and VIP preparations
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance standards
- Lead team in Restaurant Manager's absence
- Support upselling initiatives and special dining events


Qualifications:


- Previous experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining
- Business-level Japanese required
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and high-end service standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience with French or Italian restaurant operations is preferred but not mandatory
- English communication skills is preferred but not mandatory

- 予約・テーブル管理とVIP対応のサポート
- 清潔さ、衛生基準、コンプライアンスの監視
- レストランマネージャー不在時のチーム指導
- アップセルの推進や特別なイベントのサポート


応募資格


- 高級ホスピタリティまたは高級ダイニングでの経験
- ビジネスレベルの日本語能力（JLPT N2以上が望ましい）
- レストラン運営と高級サービス基準の深い理解
- 優れたコミュニケーション能力と指導力
- フレンチまたはイタリアンレストランでの経験があれば尚良し
- 英語でのコミュニケーション能力があれば尚良し
