Our client, an ultra-luxury hotel in northern Kyoto, is seeking an Assistant Director of Sales to join their team. This role offers the unique opportunity to step up from a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Manager position, focusing on international business development in a globally recognized hotel group. Key Responsibilities:
  • - Develop and execute sales action plans
  • - Identify and secure new international accounts
  • - Conduct sales presentations and property viewings
  • - Prepare monthly sales reports for review
  • - Negotiate rates following S&D standards
  • - Collaborate with Hilton Worldwide Sales for global accounts
  • - Manage inventory and bookings for the property
  • - Handle reservation inquiries from corporate clients
  • - 営業企画の立案・実施
  • - 新規国際アカウントの開拓と確保
  • - 営業プレゼンテーションや施設見学の実施
  • - 月次営業報告書の作成とレビュー
  • - S&D基準に基づく料金交渉

  • - 施設の在庫管理と予約管理
  • - 法人クライアントからの予約問い合わせ対応

Qualifications:
  • - Fluent in Japanese and English speaking and writing
  • - Experience in hospitality sales activities
  • - In-depth knowledge of sales principles and techniques
  • - 5+ years of experience in luxury hotel sales
  • - Experience with CRM systems for sales monitoring
  • - Ability to develop international business relationships
  • - Familiarity with Hilton Worldwide Sales processes
  • - Experience with reservation systems like PMS
  • - 日本語と英語の流暢な会話と書面能力
  • - ホスピタリティ業界での営業経験
  • - 営業の基本原則と技術に関する深い知識
  • - ラグジュアリーホテルでの5年以上の営業経験
  • - CRMシステムを使用した営業管理経験
