- Develop and execute sales action plans
- Identify and secure new international accounts
- Conduct sales presentations and property viewings
- Prepare monthly sales reports for review
- Negotiate rates following S&D standards
- Collaborate with Hilton Worldwide Sales for global accounts
- Manage inventory and bookings for the property
- Handle reservation inquiries from corporate clients
- Fluent in Japanese and English speaking and writing
- Experience in hospitality sales activities
- In-depth knowledge of sales principles and techniques
- 5+ years of experience in luxury hotel sales
- Experience with CRM systems for sales monitoring
- Ability to develop international business relationships
- Familiarity with Hilton Worldwide Sales processes
- Experience with reservation systems like PMS
