Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in managing hotel financial operations
- Prepare financial and management reports
- Supervise Finance Office daily operations
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate policies
- Oversee month-end closing procedures
- Review account reconciliations and financial analysis
- Support forecasting and budgeting processes
- Monitor and manage cash flow
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits
- Lead and develop finance team members
- Oversee operational tax and statutory reporting
- Maintain organized accounting documentation

主な職務内容：

ホテルの財務運営の補佐
財務報告書および管理報告書の作成
財務部門の日常業務の監督
現地の規制および企業方針の遵守の確保
月末締め処理の監督
アカウント調整および財務分析のレビュー
予測および予算策定プロセスのサポート
キャッシュフローの監視と管理
内部および外部監査の調整とサポート
財務チームメンバーの指導と育成
運用税および法定報告の監督
整理された会計文書の維持

Qualifications:

- Solid finance experience within the hotel industry
- Strong accounting and finance experience in a full-service hotel
- At least 5 years of experience in hotel accounting
- Native-level Japanese
- Conversational-level English
- Must hold a valid Japanese work permit
- Experience with financial management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is preferred but not mandatory
- Familiarity with Japanese tax regulations is preferred but not mandatory
