• - Lead accounts receivable, credit management, and collections
• - Coordinate monthly/quarterly/annual AR closing activities
• - Analyze and monitor accounts receivable data, including aging reports
• - Maintain internal control for credit-to-cash cycle compliance
• - Supervise AR team to meet reporting deadlines and collection targets
• - Report AR status and credit risks to managers
• - Serve as liaison for accounts receivable and credit matters
• - Develop policies for credit limits and collection protocols
• - Assist in forecasting cash inflows for budgeting

• - 5+ years in accounting or finance, AR or credit management preferred
• - Knowledge of Japan/US GAAP and financial reporting requirements
• - Proficiency in SAP or other major ERP systems
• - Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English
• - Proven experience leading a team of professional staff
