What if you could help redesign how one of Japan’s leading healthcare technology companies operates in the AI era?
I’m hiring an AI Transformation Lead for a large-scale healthcare technology group serving a sector where better productivity, faster execution and smarter operations can create meaningful real-world impact.

Reporting directly to the Chief AI Transformation Officer, the mandate is unusually ambitious:
10x productivity. Reduce corporate cost to 1/10. Rebuild the company around AI.

You’ll help redesign workflows, organizational structures, workforce planning, governance and operating models across a 1,800+ person healthcare technology organization.
What you’ll work on:
  • Design KPIs for company-wide AI transformation
  • Rebuild workflows across HR, Legal, Finance and other functions
  • Define what should be handled by people, AI, or human-in-the-loop processes
  • Lead cross-functional transformation programs
  • Connect AI automation to workforce and budget planning
  • Build company-wide standards, guardrails and knowledge systems
  • Work directly with senior executives and functional leaders
Relevant backgrounds:
AI Transformation / BPR / Strategy Consulting / PMO / BizOps / Corporate Transformation
Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI Agents, Dify, n8n or AI workflow automation is highly valuable.
