I am supporting one of Japan’s fastest-growing enterprise AI companies in hiring AI Solutions Engineers.
Founded in 2023 and backed by a listed technology group, the company has already grown to more than 200 employees, built an engineering organization of around 120 people, launched nine AI products, and works with approximately 200 enterprise customers across finance, manufacturing, retail, and real estate.

What Makes the Projects Interesting
You may work on projects such as:
• Connecting Salesforce, SmartHR, kintone, and other SaaS platforms into one AI-driven workflow
• Building an AI agent that identifies and scores sales opportunities 24 hours a day
• Automating approval processes and reducing turnaround time from five days to one
• Eliminating hundreds of hours of manual work through AI and API integration
• Turning successful customer projects into standard features used across the company’s wider customer base

What You Will Do
• Analyze customer workflows, data, and existing systems
• Design AI-driven business processes
• Build LLM and AI agent applications
• Develop full-stack solutions using Python and TypeScript
• Integrate enterprise SaaS platforms through APIs
• Support production deployment and user adoption
• Feed customer insights directly into product development

Requirements
• Full-stack development experience
• Experience building applications using LLMs or generative AI
• Cloud experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Fluent Japanese for customer and technical discussions
