The company is building an enterprise AI platform designed to connect business data, SaaS products and internal workflows through AI agents.
Its AI products are already used by hundreds of companies, and the business is expanding rapidly as enterprise demand moves from GenAI experimentation to real production adoption.
You will join a growing Forward Deployed Engineering team working directly with customers to discover business problems, build AI-powered solutions and turn successful use cases into future product capabilities.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will
  • Work directly with customers to understand business processes, data and existing SaaS environments
  • Identify where AI can create meaningful business impact
  • Define technical requirements instead of simply receiving specifications
  • Rapidly prototype and build AI-powered workflows
  • Build full-stack applications using Python, TypeScript, React and Next.js
  • Develop AI agents and LLM applications using LangChain and LangGraph
  • Integrate with enterprise systems such as CRM, HR and internal SaaS products
  • Build APIs and data integrations across multiple customer systems
  • Deploy and operate solutions on cloud infrastructure
  • Support production rollout, security requirements and user adoption
  • Feed successful customer use cases back into the core product roadmap

What We’re Looking For
  • Strong professional software engineering experience
  • Full-stack development capability across backend and frontend
  • Hands-on experience building applications with LLMs or Generative AI
  • Experience building and operating applications on AWS, GCP or Azure
  • Strong Japanese communication skills for technical and business discussions
  • Currently based in Japan

今回募集するFDEは、顧客の現場に深く入り込み、業務課題を整理した上で自らAIソリューションを設計・実装し、そこで得た知見をプロダクトの新機能へ還元していくポジションです。

仕事内容
顧客、プロダクト、開発チームの間に立ち、課題発見から設計、開発、本番導入まで一貫して担当します。

主な業務
  • 顧客の業務プロセス、データ、既存SaaS環境の把握・整理
  • AIを活用することで効果が見込める業務課題の特定
  • 曖昧な要望から要件を整理し、技術仕様へ落とし込む
  • AIを活用した業務ワークフローや実証環境の高速開発
  • Python、TypeScript、React、Next.jsを用いたフルスタック開発
  • LangChain、LangGraphを活用したAIエージェント・LLMアプリケーション開発
  • CRM、HR、社内システムなど各種SaaSとのAPI連携
  • データ連携基盤の設計・実装
  • クラウド環境へのデプロイ、本番運用
  • セキュリティ・コンプライアンス要件への対応
  • 導入後の利用定着支援
  • 顧客プロジェクトで得た知見を自社プロダクトへ還元

必須要件
  • ソフトウェアエンジニアとしての実務開発経験
  • バックエンド・フロントエンド双方の開発経験
  • LLM・生成AIを活用したアプリケーション開発経験
  • AWS、GCP、Azureなどクラウド環境での開発・運用経験
  • 顧客と技術面・業務面の双方について議論できる日本語力
  • 現在日本国内に在住している方
