Accounting Manager | Korean Cosmetics & Skincare 会計チーム長



Our client, a fast-growing Korean cosmetics and skincare company, is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead their financial operations in Japan. This role offers the unique opportunity to spearhead the company's accounting functions, including monthly and annual closings, and play a pivotal role in preparing for an IPO. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead monthly and annual financial closing processes
  • Prepare and manage financial statements
  • Coordinate with auditors and tax advisors
  • Oversee IPO preparation, including internal controls
  • Improve and document financial processes
  • Implement SAP for financial operations by 2026



Qualifications:

  • Must possess JICPA qualification
  • Experience in Big4 audit firm
  • Experience with monthly and annual closing processes
  • Strong expertise in accounting and finance
  • People management experience as a manager
  • Experience with SAP implementation is preferred but not mandatory
