- 日本基準の会計に関する実務経験
- ネイティブレベルの日本語コミュニケーション能力
- ビジネスレベルの英語コミュニケーション能力
- 月次および年次決算プロセスの経験
- 米国会計基準の知識があれば尚良し
- リモートワークツールの使用経験があれば尚良し
Our client, an AI startup in Tokyo, is seeking an Accounting Manager to support their global expansion. This role offers the unique opportunity to manage Japanese GAAP-based accounting and tax operations while also engaging with U.S. accounting requirements. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
- Support Japanese GAAP-based accounting operations
- Conduct monthly budget vs. actual analysis
- Assist with tax and audit processes
- Support U.S. accounting requirements for market expansion
Qualifications:
- Experience in Japanese GAAP-based accounting
- Native-level Japanese communication skills
- Business-level English communication skills
- Experience in monthly and annual closing processes
- Familiarity with U.S. GAAP is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience with remote work tools is preferred but not mandatory
