• - Review and approve journal entries using freee system
• - Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual domestic financial closing
• - Provide support and review for invoice issuance and payment processing
• - Handle fixed asset accounting and balance management
• - Manage accounts receivable and accruals
• - Lead and manage accounting team members
• - Coordinate with tax accountants and auditors
• - Adapt to new accounting standards and business requirements

• - 5+ years in accounting/finance department or firm
• - Business-level Japanese
• - Experience managing team members
• - Nissho Bookkeeping Level 2 or higher is preferred but not mandatory
• - CPA or Certified Tax Accountant exam experience is preferred but not mandatory
• - Experience with accounting software like freee
• - Experience with international remittances
• - Familiarity with financial closing processes
• - Business-level English or Chinese is preferred but not mandatory

• 財務会計システム（freee）を使用した仕訳の確認・承認
• 月次、四半期、年次の国内決算業務の管理
• 請求書発行及び支払い処理のサポートと確認
• 固定資産会計および残高管理
• 売掛金および未払金管理
• 会計チームメンバーのリードおよび管理
• 税理士や監査法人との調整
• 新しい会計基準やビジネス要件への対応

• 会計・財務部門または会計事務所での5年以上の経験
• ビジネスレベルの日本語能力
• チームメンバーの管理経験
• 日商簿記2級以上の資格は歓迎（必須ではありません）
• 公認会計士または税理士試験の経験は歓迎（必須ではありません）
• freeeなどの会計ソフトの使用経験
• 国際送金の経験
• 決算業務の知識
• ビジネスレベルの英語または中国語は歓迎（必須ではありません）
