Our client is seeking an Accountant to join their company that operates multiple businesses and products focused on building management infrastructure aligned with business growth. This role offers the unique opportunity to create and improve financial and management accounting systems while collaborating across teams to support business expansion. 主な責任:
- 月次、四半期および年次の財務決算プロセスを管理する
- 連結財務諸表を作成し、親会社と連絡を取る
- 売掛金および買掛金の管理を監督する
- 税法規制および内部統制基準の遵守を確保する
- 伝票および経費精算を作成・管理する
- 会議用の財務報告書および資料を準備する
- 会計業務フローおよびシステムの改善点を特定し実施する
- 経営基盤構築のために事業部門および開発チームと協力する
- 運営ニーズを支えるための資金配分およびキャッシュフローを管理する
- 会計および財務に関する社内問い合わせをサポートする
- IPO準備中または上場企業での3年以上の経理経験
- 連結財務諸表の作成実務経験
- 売掛金および買掛金管理の経験
- 税務コンプライアンスおよび内部統制規定の知識
- 月次、四半期、年次の決算業務経験
- SAP、Oracle、QuickBooksなどのERPまたは会計ソフトの使用経験
- 業務プロセス改善およびワークフロー自動化のスキル
- 財務報告書およびプレゼンテーション資料の作成能力
- SaaSまたはIT企業の経理経験があれば望ましいが必須ではない
- 財務分析およびデータ管理のためのExcelの習熟度
