The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed

Note: The firm will consider strong entry level candidates who have just passed the bar 

• Fluent English and business Japanese is a must
• Corporate law experience - M&A / capital markets (strong candidates looking to switch practices are also welcome) 
• US qualified (ideally NY bar) 
• Graduated from a top US law school 
• Strong GPA scores 
• A good team player with a personality!
