• In charge of over 30 duty free stores in Japan and other APAC regions.
• Management skill of over 10 people
• Prepare area P&L budgets and ensure its accomplishment
• Manage sales analysis to provide advisory for action plans to drive sales

Requirements

• Japanese resident/ appropriate working visa for foreigners
• Japanese fluency and business level English
• 10 years of working experiences with miniimum 5 years regional sales experience preferably with travel retail experiences
• Excellent negotiation skills and strong leadership to drive business
