A large MNC is now looking for a Talent Management Manager who has around 10 years of experience within HR (HR Metrics & TM Specifically). Business Partnering experience a big plus.
Very international firm, so a strong level of English is required as well as native Japanese

Your Responsibilities

This role will drive talent culture development and performance management in a very hands on way. This candidate must be willing to get their hands dirty.
This is a very exciting opportunity as a keystone figure for the firm (#2 in seniority for the firm).
