Your Responsibilities

This role will partner directly with both local and regional heads of recruitment, allowing potential for partnerships with senior stakeholders, true impact on the business bottom line, and real experience within Global Markets.

The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed

Ideally, the candidate will be in a mid-career capacity at 5 - 15 years experience. Fluent English and Japanese are essential for the role. Experience in IT, management consulting or a large MNC would be ideal.

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in TA or recruitment related field
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Strong business acumen and ability to thrive in fast paced environment
• Creativity in problem solving
• English and Japanese language ability
