Specialized Groups’ client is an enterprise software company who is headquartered in California, USA. Our client has a very strong product and quick development throughout APAC and we are looking for someone to drive the growth in Japan in collaboration with the APAC HQ. The product is enterprise software designed for customers in retail, fashion, apparel and consumer goods so we are looking for someone well connected within one or more of those markets.
- Generate revenue in assigned territory and drive complex solution sales cycles to deal closure.
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Collaboration with technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of customers’ requirements.
- Provide leadership across teams to assure the successful delivery of complex solutions.
- Develop a successful strategy in assigned territory.
- Participate in regional exhibits and conferences.
The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed
- 5+ years of proven success selling Enterprise Application software.
- Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English.
- Experience working in a global company and communicating with teams in other countries
- First-class professional presentation skills.
- The ability to build trust and strong relationships with customers.
