You will be working in the consulting services team for IT and digital transformations. You will be working on large-scale projects. You will be supervising junior staff and reviewing proposals. You will be consulting with sales teams on customer infrastructure optimization.

You will be liaising with management and other team members. You will need good communication skills. Fluent level Japanese and business level English is required.

Required Skills

• Fluent Level English.
• Business level English.
• 10 years’ experience in the IT industry.
• Sales consultant background is preferred.
• Experience with large-scale IT projects. Ideally infrastructure or digital transformation projects.
• Management experience (review proposals and deliverables created by junior staff and improve them).
• Comfortable communicating with management.
• Planning abilities (advice for customers).
• Experience with large-scale solution proposal, consulting proposal or SI proposal.
• Highly motivated and willing to learn.
• Interested and actively study advanced technology.
